The WordPress Questions and Answers has a special way of translating labels.

In these settings you can change over 160 text labels for different parts of the website. This is useful if you want to customize the text or if you are using a different language than English.
Navigate to Admin Dashboard → CM Answers Pro → Settings.
Click on the Labels tab.
On this page the admin can change labels used by the plugin. To change labels, scroll down to the specific section, and replace the labels in the provided fields.
Tip: You can also use the search function above the tabs to find the correct field faster. For example, if you want to change the Register label, enter Register in the search form:
Don't forget to save the changes by clicking on the Update button.
