In the WordPress Questions and Answers settings you can find a table which explains the plugin behavior (whether or not certain posts will be published and how they will be moderated) based on your WordPress settings. The table is called the Moderation Options Table and it is located on the upper part of the settings screen above the tabs.

The WordPress Questions and Answers depends on the WordPress spam system, so whatever is defined in your WordPress Discussion Settings as spam will also apply to the plugin behavior.

Please adjust the WP and WordPress Questions and Answers settings according to the expected behavior (Indicated in the Effect Column) you wish to have.
