Multi User Magento 2 - Delegating Sub User Approvers
Delegating Sub User Approvers
Subaccount users may be given the permission to approve orders made by other subaccount users. This allows further delegation of tasks and is particularly useful in larger teams.
Delegating Sub User approvers As Parent User
On the customer Dashboard navigate to Manage Subaccounts. A list of all existing Subaccount profiles that were created previously will appear. Identify the Subaccount that you would like to delegate as a Sub User Approver and click on the Edit button on the right of the row.
Alternatively if you are creating a new Subaccount user scroll to the bottom of the list of existing users and click on the Add Subaccount button.
Within the Subaccount Create / Edit page in the Permissions section check the Can Approve Orders checkbox to allow the Subaccount User to approve order requests or uncheck it to disallow.
Click Save to save the changes.
