Delegating Sub User Approvers

Subaccount users may be given the permission to approve orders made by other subaccount users. This allows further delegation of tasks and is particularly useful in larger teams.


Delegating Sub User approvers As Parent User

On the customer Dashboard navigate to Manage Subaccounts. A list of all existing Subaccount profiles that were created previously will appear. Identify the Subaccount that you would like to delegate as a Sub User Approver and click on the Edit button on the right of the row.Alternatively if you are creating a new Subaccount user scroll to the bottom of the list of existing users and click on the Add Subaccount button.

Within the Subaccount Create / Edit page in the Permissions section check the Can Approve Orders checkbox to allow the Subaccount User to approve order requests or uncheck it to disallow.

Click Save to save the changes.


Delegating Sub Account Approver users as Administrator

To delegate a sub account approver users as an administrator, from the admin panel navigate to Customers → All Customers

Identify the Sub User account that is to be delegated an approver and click on their  Parent Customer in the rightmost column.

Once inside the Parent Customer view click on Manage Subaccounts tab from the lefthand menu.

Inside the Edit / Create customer page click on the Account Information tab from the lefthand menu.

Set the Can Manage Subaccounts option to 'Yes'.

Click Save Customer in the top right of the screen to save the changes you've made. You'll now be redirected back to the customer screen.


Approving order requests as Subaccount User

When logged into the customer panel as a Subaccount User with Approve Orders permission setting enabled the Dashboard menu will display Orders Waiting for Approval.
