Enabling / Disabling Sub accounts

Back to User Guides

After a subaccount has been created it is possible for either the Master user for the sub-account or else the site admin to disable the account or subsequently to enable it again.

Enable / Disable as Master account user

From the Customer Panel, navigate to Manage Subaccounts. Then from the list of Subaccounts that appears to identify the subaccount that is to be deactivated or activated and click Edit.

The Edit Subaccount page will open. Find the Is Active checkbox and click it to set the account as Enabled or uncheck it to set the account as disabled.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to save the changes.

Enable / Disable as Administrator

To enable or disable Subaccounts as a site administrator, from the Admin Dashboard navigate to Customers → All Customers. The view of all the customers on the site will be displayed. From the table identify the customer that is to be disabled or enabled and click on their master user.

The Edit Master user page will open. Here you need to click on Manage Subaccounts from the menu on the left hand side and again identify and click on the Subaccount that is to be activated or deactivated.

The Edit Subaccount view should appear. Here in the Subaccount Information section the Is Active checkbox allows the account to be made Active or Inactive. Check it to enable the account or uncheck it to disable the account.

Click the Save button to save your changes.
