Showing User's Own Questions

Back to User Guides

CM Answers Pro lets the admin support several cases of private communication between customers/user and admins.

One of the options is to let the user only see his own questions. This means that once this option is set there will be no "Public" questions available and each user will only see questions posted by him and the related answer posted by the admin.

To set this feature, navigate to Admin Dashboard  CM Answers PRO  Settings.

Click on the  Thread tab and open the questions section. Look for the option to only show users their own questions:

  • Show only users own questions - If enabled, user will be able to display only questions that he posted.

Other options available for privacy include private questions and private answers which are described on this help page.
