Extras - Changing the Order of Categories
Changing the order of categories is not related to the WordPress Questions and Answers, but rather has to do with the WordPress interface.
A great solution is to install the custom taxonomy sort plugin. This plugin adds an order option to each of the terms in the Answers taxonomy. As this is an old plugin, it may not work with all WordPress versions, but it is extremely helpful in ordering your forum categories.
There are other newer replacements like Custom Taxonomy Order and Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order.
