Creating a Digest Like Page
With the WordPress Questions and Answers you can create a separate page and use this shortcode to show questions divided by categories: [cma-board showquestions=1 questionslimit=0]
If you don't want this page to have a question form available for users, you can hide the question form with CSS or go to Plugin Settings → Access → Who can post questions → By Role → choose Administrator. Then, the regular user won't see the question form.
