Enabling Notifications

1) Global Settings - Enabling Notifications by Default

In the Admin Panel, the admin can set global settings for email notifications and decide who should receive order emails.

Go to Stores â†’ Configuration â†’ Subaccounts Configuration â†’ General Options.

2) Individual Setting - Enabling Notifications for a Specific Sub Account

Besides the global settings, both the Admin and Master Account may decide if a specific Sub Account should get emails or not.

See below for how it looks from both sides (Admin and Master).

A) From the Admin Panel (back-end)

Sub-users edit/create a form as seen from the frontend.

Please remember to Save after creating/editing Sub-Users!


Choosing the Template

Starting from version 1.4.6, the extension allows for Multistore email templates configuration.

Head to Stores â†’ Configuration â†’ Subaccounts Configuration â†’ Templates. Here, you can choose the store view for each action: Customer Approve, Order Approve Request, Order Approved, Order Auth Request, and Order Rejected.
