The WordPress Pay Per Post plugin currently a shortcode that shows the user all his/her active subscriptions. This shortcode can be added to the user profile page in which he will be able to view the status of his subscription.

Time Format Consideration

Note that, starting from version 2.1.2 of the plugin, the table will display the Start and End dates following WordPress' default Date Format.

You can change this at any time from Admin Dashboard → Settings → General → Date Format, as highlighted:
