The Pro version of the WordPress Questions and Answers supports Gravatar icons, which show a user Gravatar profile beside the poster’s name (for both submitted Questions and Answers). 

To enable this feature, you first need to define the parameters in the plugin settings.

Navigate to the Admin Dashboard â†’ CM Answers Pro â†’ Settings.

Click on the Appearance tab.

Under the Thread Page section, you can enable the display of user Gravatar icons:

When a user has not defined an image as their Gravatar, the mystery man icon will appear.
