To configure the Extension please fill the license field, you will find it in  System → Configuration → CM Magento Extensions.

Once the license is activated you may configure the extension by navigating to Sales.

Under the " Free Samples" tab, the admin can how the labels for the promotion will appear on the website.

Finally, remember to Save the Configuration!
