CM Business Directory Community allows users to suggest their Businesses. These articles might be relevant:

Creating The New Business Submit Form

In the plugin setting you can find the link to the submit form which is auto created by the plugin.

You can also manually create the form by using the shortcode [community_business_form].

Suggest Business Form - Settings

After installing the add-on, navigate to the Admin Dashboard → CM Business Directory → Settings.

Click on the Community Business tab.

In the Moderation Settings select who can add a business and save changes.

If you want non logged in users to post new listing make sure to make Anonymous as an option.

Defining the Captcha for the Form

To avoid spam from anonymous users you should make sure to add your reCaptcha keys to the plugin setting so the suggest new business form will have a captcha at the bottom.

Define Which Fields Appear in the Form

To define which fields should be mandatory simply navigate to the Admin Dashboard → CM Business Directory → Settings, click on the Community Business Labels tab and find a field you want to set. Check box on the right side and save changes.

These are the fields that can be toggled as hidden/shown and optional/mandatory:

Business description
Business pitch
"Add Image Gallery"
"Add Videos"
"Add Documents"
Business email
Owner email
Logo

Address field
City / Town
State / County

Suggesting a Business Form (Front-End view)

Go to Suggest Business page and fill all fields (some of them might be mandatory).

Anonymous User Submissions

Once a non logged in user submit a new business his email is saved and a password is sent to him once the listing is approved.

This process does not create a WP users associated with the listing but will allow user to login to the business directory to only update their business listing information without having any access to the WP dashboard or having any other privileges related to WP users.
