The first option in the Business Directory Plugin settings shows the Admin a list of the business listings that have already been created. From here Businesses can be quickly edited, modified, deleted in bulk or edited in detail on a case by case basis.

From the WordPress Dashboard navigate to CM Business Directory Pro → Business.

Some Useful Functions

1. By clicking the Add Business button, you can create a new business.
2. Search for businesses' names. If there is an active filter, it will still be applied.
3. Apply certain Bulk actions such as edit or delete to the selected businesses.
4. Filter the list based on publication date, tags, category and custom taxonomies. It's possible to have multiple filters at the same time.
5. Delete All Business - Useful to delete all business listings at once.

There are also the following columns:

• Logo - Shos the profile logo.
• Business name - Shows the profile name.
• Status - Shows the profile status.
• Business Categories - Shows categories that the profile is assigned to.
• Tags - Shows tags that the profile is assigned to.
• Date - Show the date and time when the profile was published.
• Promoted - Shows if the profile is promoted.
• Promoted by zip code - Shows if the profile is promoted by zip code. Note: this feature was introduced in version 3.3.7.
• Visit - Shows how many times this profile was visited.
• Click - Shows how many times links in this profile was clicked.

Moderating Pending User Submitted Businesses

If you have installed the Community Add-on for the Business Directory Plugin, it is possible to filter all pending businesses and to quickly publish them in the Business View.

Click on the Pending tab at the top to display only submitted businesses which are pending moderation.

Hover over the Business that is to be published to display the hidden options then click on Publish.
