Moderating Questions
The site admin has the capacity to Moderate Questions and answers before they are shown on the front-end of the site. Disabling moderation will make the site more autonomous and mean it has more content and interaction happening more quickly, enabling it will mean inappropriate or nonsense content is less likely to end up being displayed.
Enabling / Disabling question moderation
On the Admin Dashboard navigate to Stores → Configuration → Marketplace QA → Configuration.
Then in the General section locate the option labeled Admin Approval Required.
Set this to Yes to enable Question Moderation or No to disable it. 
Click Save Config in the top right of the screen to save the changes.
Now with Approval Required set to yes when a question is asked by a customer asks a question and a Vendor answers it the status will be set to Pending until it is approved by the Administrator.
