This guide addresses problems that users may face when using this module.

"Invalid transactional email code:"  

Problem:

You will receive this message when trying to send an email to the customer while the Transactional Email code is not properly configured.

The card will be created, however the email will not be sent.

Fix:

Please recheck the Transactional Email ID in the Configuration Screen (read the guide here).
