RMA - General Usage (Admin Side)
Managing RMAs (Admin Panel)
The admin can view the list of all RMA requests on the website by navigating to RMA → List within the Admin Panel.In the RMA List View the admin can edit all of the RMA requests or add new ones.
When editing a request, the admin can change all of the data related to the request, see general information, the products related to the RMA request, the credit memo and the customer address.
The admin can view or change the status, the reason and add information in the RMA request.
The admin can see all of items from the order included in the request.
Credit Memo tab
The admin can check the list of Credit Memos associated with the RMA.
Customer Address tab
The admin can change the customer address of the RMA request.
The admin can see and add notes for the RMA request, as well as choose whether or not the customer will be notified.
