Video Overview
The Product Questions Extension for Magento®2 allows customers to ask a question about any product on your store directly on the product page.
This product question extension allows admin to manage questions and answers and choose which should be shown on the product page.
Product Questions Extension Features:
- Manage questions and answers from Magento admin
- Show a question form on each product page to let customers ask a question
- Show only the questions and the answers which admin approved
- Admin can simply modify / edit questions and answers
- Send an email notification to the customers when a question in answered
- Send an email notification to the admin when a new question was submitted
- Ability to add a Captcha check to the question form to avoid spam
