Edit Profile
The WordPress Registration Form Plugin supports the option to edit user profiles using a shortcode.
The shortcode also supports all custom fields added using the plugin custom fields option.
To use this you can place the following shortcode [cmreg-edit-profile]
on any page or post. This will only appear once the user is logged in.
The output will look like the following:
This shortcode also supports the requirement of many administrators to prevent user access to the dashboard.
Edit Email
If the user wants to change his email he has to confirm this email address.
To make it possible, you need to turn on the option Email Confirm Enable that is located in Admin Dashboard → CM Registration Pro → Settings → General → Edit Profile Form section.
Note: this option was introduced in version 3.1.8.
Edit Invitation Code
Since the version 3.5.8 the user is able to change the invitation code. In result, it can change the user role depending on the invitation code settings. If the invitation code is removed, the user will have the default user role which is set in the plugin settings.
To let the user edit the invitation code, you need to turn on the options Show invitation code field and Allow to edit the invitation code which are located in Admin Dashboard → CM Registration Pro → Settings → General → Edit Profile Form section.
