The WordPress File Manager plugin has a shortcode Related Downloads that displays a list of downloads that are related to the download on that page that the user is currently viewing. Related downloads are chosen randomly from the same category as the current download.
Shortcode: [CMDC-related-downloads count="5" sort="desc"]
The parameters for this shortcode are:
count="number"- The number of related downloads you would like to display.sort="desc|asc"- An option to sort the related downloads in ascending (oldest first) or descending (newest first) order.
A widget with a built-in CMDM Related Downloads shortcode is also available in the widget area!
