Product Questions - Answering Product Questions
Managing Questions and Answers
Product Questions are easily managed through the Admin Panel, navigate to Catalog → Product Questions.
Here you will find a grid with all questions submitted on the site, including basic information about the author and related product.
When editing the Q&A, a form will be available in order to add an Answer or Modify questions and to choose whether or not to display it on the Product Page of the store.
All answered questions that were set to be visible on the Product Page will be displayed in the frontend for any person browsing the store to see.
