General Appearance Settings
The WordPress File Manager plugin has settings that affect the whole plugin's layout, including index, download and upload pages.

Head to Settings → General Tab → Appearance general settings section.
Style for front-end - Choose from one of the built-in styles.

- normal - show only parent category
