You can check a list of all current bookings.

This is done from a page prepared by the admin. It will show the list of all relevant bookings.

Clicking on a booking will reveal more information about it. There are 3 sections with detailed information.

Booking info

Here the calendar owner can see the basic booking information, such as the date and time, duration of the booking, timezone.

Form info

Here the calendar owner can see the information which the user fills in the booking submissions form, including custom form fields.

Discussion history

Here the calendar owner can view the discussion history with the customer:

Manage Buttons

The calendar owner can also manage each booking. There are a few buttons at the bottom of each booking item:

  • New - If the booking is accepted or rejected, the calendar owner can cancel its status by marking the booking as "New" which is hold for the calendar owner moderation.
  • Accept - Approve the booking request.
  • Reject - Reject the booking request.
  • Discuss - Start a discussion with the customer. Note: this option was introduced in version 1.1.4.

Discussion

Clicking the Discuss button will show a popup with the following elements:

  1. Subject - Edit the email subject. Accepts placeholders and contains a premade template defined in the general plugin settings.
  2. Body - Edit the email body content. Accepts placeholders and contains a premade template defined in the general plugin settings.
  3. Available Placeholders - Contains a list of placeholders which can be used in the email, such as calendar name, description, booking date and time, etc.
  4. Actions - You can Send the email or Cancel it by clicking relevant buttons.
