The Credit Line extension for Magento 2 makes it simple for the admin to cancel orders made using the Credit Line payment method and refund the credit to the customer. To cancel an order, go to SALES → Orders.
Select an order that is to be cancelled and refunded from the order grid. Then, check the Actions menu for the Cancel operation and apply it.
This will simultaneously cancel the Order and Refund the Credit Line credit to the customer's account.
Below you can see the effect of Cancelling the order in this way on the customer's Credit Line balance.
