Fancy FAQ - Sub Categories
The Categories for Questions within the Frequently Asked Questions extension can be organized into hierarchies by creating sub categories. This is useful when the Frequently asked questions can cover a wide range of topcis. E.g. a product store displaying an FAQ section may want to offer information regarding to Returns > Deliveries > Sales.
Creating a Sub Category
Sub Categories are created in the same place that Categories are created and managed. Navigate to CMS → FAQ → Categories.
Click on the Add New button above and to the right of the table of existing categories. This will open up the Add New Category view.
Give the Sub-Category a name, set it to Visible and to make it a Sub-Category rather than a standard category select a parent category for it by selecting one from the drop down option labeled Pick Parent Category.
Click Save to save the changes.
