Triggering OnBoarding Widget to Automatically Open

The WordPress OnBoarding plugin can be set to automatically open the OnBoarding widget for site visitors on certain pages. This is configured for each widget.

To configure this, choose to edit the help item you would like to configure. Then, in the Help Item panel, select Activity. The relevant option is "Automatically Open Widget"

There are three possibilities:

  1. Don't open automatically - Will never open automatically.
  2. Open automatically on defined posts/pages, every time - Will open every time the user accesses the selected posts or pages.
  3. Open automatically on defined posts/pages only first time -  Will open every time the user accesses the selected posts or pages.
