Import and Export
The WordPress OnBoarding plugin supports the option to export and import all widget content from one site to the other or to make a backup of your current widgets.
From the WordPress dashboard navigate to CM On-Boarding → Import/Export.
To Export the existing list of Help Item Widgets click on the "Export" button. The zipped JSON file will then download.
To import On-Boarding Help Item Widgets click on "Choose File" then locate either the JSON file or the zipped JSON file. Click 'Open' having selected the file, then press the "Import from JSON" button to complete the import.
The support file format is JSON based with a defined format set for this plugin. if you create an export on one site you can easily move it to another site and all the widgets will be copied over to the second site.
