The Credit Line extension for Magento 1 makes it simple for Administrators to cancel orders made using the Credit Line payment method and to refund the credit to the customer.

Navigate to Sales → Credit Line - Orders.

Identify the order that is to be cancelled and refunded from the order Grid. Click anywhere on the chosen order row to open the specific order view.

At the top of the Order View, click on the "Cancel" button. This will simultaneously Cancel the Order and Refund the Credit Line credit to the customer's account.

Below you can see the effect of Cancelling the order in this way on the customer's Credit Line balance.
