Creating Orders with Wishlist Items
It is possible for the site Admin to create Orders from the Admin panel and to include Wishlist items in those orders. Doing so removes the item from the wishlist at the same time.
Navigate to Customers → Manage Customers. Then Identify the customer for whom the order is for.
Click anywhere on the customer's row or on the " Edit" link on the right hand side, bringing you to the Customer View.Within the Customer view begin creating a new order by clicking the Create Order button above the Customer's information section
Select the store or language version of the store that the order should be for
The Create New Order form will appear. On the right hand side is an option to manually select products from the products list saved on the store to the Order, below that is the Customer's delivery information, shipping address, billing address, payment method and so on.
On the left of the window in the " Customer's Current Activities" section are the wishlist items.
Click on the checkbox below the icon of the parcel with the green arrow to add an item to the Order.
Click on the " Update Changes" button at the top of the Customer's Current Activities section to add the items to the order.
Proceed to fill out the rest of the necessary details (address, payment details etc) to complete the order then click on the " Submit Order" button at the top right of the page.
