Archiving Orders

The primary function of the Order Archive extension is to Archive old orders to help to organize the view of orders that have been made. Archived orders differ from deleted orders in that they are not completely removed and can still be viewed, in the archive.

Archiving orders one by one or en Masse is done in the same way.

1) Navigate to Sales → Orders.

A view of all previously made Orders will then be displayed. This can be filtered or searched for orders that you may wish to Archive. When the chosen order(s) have been identified.

2) Check the checkbox to the left of any order or orders that are to be archived.

3) Choose " Archive Order(s)" from the Actions drop down menu above the Orders list.

4) Click " Submit".
