True Edit Orders - Editing Changes in the Comments History Field

Any change to an order is automatically registered as a comment, making tracking easy. The following example shows two entries: a change to the order status and comment.

Editing the Comments History

It is possible to alter individual comments by editing Comments History. To do so, click on the Edit Comments History button, as highlighted:

This will change the box to edit mode, where you can change the content of each entry using HTML or remove it entirely. A sample, using the same two entries in the previous example:

When the chosen comments have been altered as needed click on the Save Comments History button on the top right of the Comments History box.

The text edit boxes should disappear and the Comments should return to their normal view with the changes in place.
