The  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is an add-on for the CM Multi-Vendor Marketplace that allows admin and vendors to manage return requests of products.

The add-on helps in processing of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

Customer can open a return request and if approved by admin or vendor the product can be returned and the refund is managed by admin.
