After installing the module Delivery dates can be enabled by navigating to System → Configuration → Marketplace → Delivery Date.

Enable Delivery Date

The General Configuration for the delivery date has a few settings.

Allow to set delivery date - This enables the delivery date module and allows the delivery date to appear and be set by the supplier and chosen by the customer during checkout.

Allow to set Order lead time - This Allows the supplier to set a lead time for the delivery date. How long the item will take to be delivered.

Notify customer about next day deliveries - This option allows the supplier to set notification emails to go to the customer the day before the arrival of their delivery.
