Moderation - Auto Approve Support Request
To configure this feature of the WordPress File Manager plugin, navigate to the Admin Dashboard → CM Downloads → Settings.
In the Access tab of the plugin settings.
Under the Access and Moderation tab → Support forum settings, you can allow the admin to define whether or not all support questions are to be auto-approved or whether they will require admin approval before showing up in the download page support area.
Additionally, the admin can choose to auto-approve support thread posts from specific users by listing the users which are approved automatically without moderation.
If support Questions / Comments are not auto-approved by default, the admin or editor can moderate them by going into the WordPress Comments area found in the admin control panel.
