Plugin Update Failure
What is this Error
When trying to upload a CM plugin, you receive an error message such as this:
"An error occurred while updating CM Answers Pro: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"
Causes and Solution
First, make sure your license is within the service period.
If the problem persists, it means that the domain (site URL) from which you are trying to update the plugin DOES NOT appear to be attached to the license.
This could come from various reasons. For example, if you replicated the server from the staging to the production.
We suggest that you deactivate and reactivate the license to solve this issue.
If you do not have access to the previous server where the license was installed, please open a support ticket and we will help you.
