It's possible to send a notification every time a particular code is used. Also in these settings, you can configure the email sent for recovering codes.


Settings

To configure this, head to the  Admin Dashboard → Invitation Code Content Access → Settings → Notifications tab.

Main

  • From Name - Type the sender's name here. This is the name that the user will see in the e-mail.
  • From Email - Choose the sender email (applies to all notifications). 

Admin Notifications

  • Enable Admin Email Notifications - Enable or disable this feature.
  • Admin Email - Choose which email will receive the messages by default.
  • Email Subject - The subject of the email sent to the chosen email address. 
  • Email Content - The content of the email sent to the chosen email address. You can use the following shortcodes, which will be replaced by the relevant code's data:
    • [ICODE] (the code itself)
    • [NOTE] (internal note)
    • [URL] (associated URL)
    • [USERINFO] (user info)
    • [USEREMAIL] (user e-mail)
    • [IP] (user IP address, if available)
    • [DATETIME] (date and time of use)

Users Notifications

You can configure the subject and content of this notification.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [ICODE] (the code itself)
  • [URL] (associated URL)
  • [EDATE] (expiration date)
  • [EMAIL] (email address)
  • [NOTE] (internal note)

Template for "Use CSV as list of emails" option

Note: this template was introduced in version 1.4.0.

  • [EMAIL] (email address)

Recover Code Admin Notifications (when the user sends a request)

You can enable/disable and configure the subject and content of the recover message.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [NAME] (name written on the recover box)
  • [PHONE] (phone written on the recover box)
  • [EMAIL] (email address written on the recover box)

Recover Code Notification To The User (when the admin approves the request)

You can configure the subject and content of the recover message.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [FNAME] (first name)
  • [LNAME] (last name)
  • [EMAIL] (email address)
  • [ICODE] (the code)

Payment Confirmation Notifications

You can configure the subject and content of the recover message.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [FNAME] (first name)
  • [LNAME] (last name)

Gift Code Notification

The partial content of the notification e-mail sent users after Woocommerce products purchasing.

Supports this placeholder:

  • [ICODE] (the code itself)
