It's possible to send a notification every time a particular code is used. Also in these settings, you can configure the email sent for recovering codes.


Settings

 To configure this, head to Admin Dashboard → Invitation Code Content Access → Settings → Notifications.

Admin Email

  • Enable Admin Email Notifications - Enable or disable this feature
  • Admin Email - Choose which email will receive the messages by default
  • Email Subject - The subject of the email sent to the chosen email address 
  • Email Content - The content of the email sent to the chosen email address. You can use the following shortcodes, which will be replaced by the relevant code's data:
    • [ICODE] (the code itself) [NOTE] (internal note), [URL] (associated URL), [USERINFO] (user info), [IP] (user IP address, if available), [DATETIME] (date and time of use). 

Recover Code Notification

Notification To The Admin (when the user sends a request)

You can enable/disable and configure the subject and content of the recover message.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [NAME] - Name written on the recover box
  • [PHONE] - Phone written on the recover box
  • [EMAIL] - Email address written on the recover box

Notification To The User (when the admin approves the request)

You can configure the subject and content of the recover message.

The content supports these placeholders:

  • [FNAME] - First name
  • [LNAME] - Last name
  • [EMAIL] - Email address
  • [ICODE] - The code
