CM Table of Contents (CMTOC) - How To - Change Front-end Labels

Changing Front-end Labels

Back to User Guides

As with all of our Plugins the Table of Contents plugin allows you to customize the front-end labels to suit a site that is in a foreign language or that uses a more or less casual style of english for example. At the time of writing the only front end label generated by the Plugin is the Header label which displays above the table of contents.

To change this header label, on the WordPress dashboard navigate to CM Table of Contents Pro → Table of Contents. Here scroll down to the section 'Table of Contents - Labels'.

Change the contents of the text field labeled Header from it's default to whatever you would like to display.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes to save.
