E-Mails Content

In CM Product Directory Payments Add-On, users can receive e-mails with activation links, payments requests or payments statuses. Admin has an option to edit these emails content and subject.

To edit emails navigate to the  Admin Dashboard → CM Product Directory → Settings.

Click on the  Payments tab.

On this tab admin can edit email's content and subject for adding new, claiming and renewing products.

Add New Product Payments

• "Payment required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user adds the product and it passes the moderation.
• "Payment required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user adds the product and it passes the moderation. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to add a new product.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to add a new product. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {code} {activation_link}.

Claim Product Payments

• "Payment required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user claims the product informing that it requires payment.
• "Payment required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user claims the product informing that it requires payment. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to claim a product.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to claim a product. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {code} {activation_link}.

Renew Product Payments

• "Renewal required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent informing about the renewal payment being required for the product to be displayed in the directory.
• "Renewal required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent informing about the renewal payment being required for the product to be displayed in the directory. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to renew a product.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to renew a product. You can use the following placeholders: {product_name} {code} {activation_link}.
