Since the version 3.5.7 of the WordPress Registration Form plugin, it is possible to use shortcodes for displaying user data in the site menu section.

Shortcodes

The following shortcodes are available:

  1. {{user_name}}
  2. {{user_first_name}}
  3. {{user_last_name}}
  4. {{user_nick_name}}
  5. {{user_display_name}}
  6. {{user_email}}

They relate to the following fields in the user profile:

Let's add a personalized welcome phrase with the user display name to the navigation menu:

TIP: Show To Logged-in Users Only

You can use our Site Access Restriction plugin for controlling the menu items visibility. This way you can show the personalized phrase only to logged-in users.
