The CM Routes Manager Anonymous Posting Add-on allows users to add routes without logging in. For this to work, the admin must grant everyone the permission to add routes.
This can be changed at the path CM Maps Router Manager Pro → Settings → Access Control tab, as shown:
The setting Create map defines who has the permission to add routes. It's important to set it to "Everyone including guests" so that the add-on works properly.
If guests are not allowed to create maps, they will see the following message upon accessing the page:
