Payment Options
Installing the Payments add-on adds one extra configuration tab to Appointments Bookings: the Payment tab. There, you can choose if and when abandoned bookings will be deleted and manage payment reminders.
To configure this, head to the plugins' Options menu, as shown:
Then, click on the new Payment tab, as shown:
Available Settings
- Require moderation before payment - If enabled, then admin will need to manually approve each booking. Note: This feature was introduced in version 1.1.6.
- Select the Payment System - Choose between EDD and WooCommerce.
- Delete abandoned bookings after every [hours] - Input the number of hours after which bookings will be deleted if there's no payment. Writing 0 will disable the automatic deletion. The default value is
- Send reminders [hours] - Input the number of hours after which the user will be notified if he made a booking but didn't pay.
