Appointment Booking Calendar - Appointments - Editing Appointments
Editing an Appointment
With Appointment Booking Calendar, the administrator can edit an existing appointment to change the date set for the appointment. This is done while viewing the appointment and editing the date as shown in this screenshot

Once the edit is clicked admin can change the date

If date/time slot is already taken by another appointment an error message will appear. The new date/time can be defined outside of availability range but can not override an existing booking which is approved or in moderation
Notification When Date is Changed
Once date is changed the user will receive a notification email for the change. This notification is defined in the plugin notification settings

It is possible to change the notification template once changing the date by clicking on the customize notification checkbox
