The WordPress File Manager plugin provides a simple support forum for each resource that can be displayed on the download's page. However, you can integrate it with our other high-quality product WordPress Questions and Answers as well.

  1. Buy, install and activate license for the WordPress Questions and Answers.
  2. Go to CMDM Settings → Download Page tab → Support.
  3. Enable support tab for downloads → Yes.
  4. Show CM Answers as the support forum → Yes.
  5. Next, choose the CM Answers category for the support forum option below.

You can also install the Answers Anonymous Posting add-on to allow anonymous users to post their support questions.
