With WordPress Questions and Answers it is possible to see the list with all answers by certain user by heading to the URL of the following format:

your-site.com/answer/answers/author/user_name/

Example on the front-end:

URL link for a user with a username "john":

Since the version 4.7.3 it is possible to disable this page. To do this, head to the plugin settings and find the option Disable answers authors' pages. Choose Yes and save the changes by clicking on the Update button.
