How To Reassign All Content From One User to Another One

Note: The feature covered in this guide was introduced in version 4.7.1.

Introduction

The WordPress Questions and Answers allows to reassign all forum content (questions, answers and comments) from one user to another user. Have a note that the feature can not reassign specific questions, answers and comments - only all of them at once.

Front-end Example

On the left screenshot: question, answer and comment posted by the user John.
On the right screenshot: John's content was reassigned to the user Jack.

Settings

To reassign all content from one user to another one, navigate to Admin Dashboard → CM Answers Pro → Reassign Content.

There you will see a form where you need to:

Choose the user whose content will be reassigned to another user.
Choose the user who to reassign the content from another user.
Click the button Reassign.

There will appear a confirmation message, and after clicking OK, the content will be assigned to another user.
