Excluding Specific Titles From Parsing
The WordPress Table of Contents plugin allows to exclude specific titles in the post/page from parsing.
It can be done with the help of a shortcode [table_of_content_exclude]
You need to wrap unwanted title with the opening and closing shortcode in the following way:
[table_of_content_exclude]
Title [/table_of_content_exclude]
This is how it looks like on the back-end:

Result on the Front-end - the wrapped title is not displayed in the table of contents:
