The WordPress Glossary plugin supports highlighting glossary terms and displaying tooltips in LearnDash modules.

To configure the integration, you need to add LearnDash post types to the list of post types where the terms should be highlighted. 

To do this, navigate to Admin Dashboard → CM Tooltip Glossary → Settings → General Settings tab. Under the Term highlighting section locate the option Highlight terms on given post types and choose needed LearnDash post types. Basically, these LearnDash post types has a prefix sfwd in it's name, eg. Course (sfwd-courses).

Don't forget to click the button Save Changes after editing settings.

Result

Now, the glossary terms will be highlighted and tooltips will be displayed on the LearnDash pages.
