The WordPress Questions and Answers plugin has a widget built for Elementor. This widget is based on the shortcode [cma-questions] and has the same parameters for configuring. While creating/editing the page using Elementor, on the right Dashboard in the tab Elements scroll down and find CM Answers section. Pick the widget Questions then drag it and drop in the creating page area.

When the widget is added, you can configure its appearance and style.

On the right Dashboard in the tab Content you can configure Filtering parameters and View parameters:
