Starting since version 2.8.9 of the WordPress Review plugin, your users are able to share their reviews in social networks - Twitter and Facebook.

To enable that possibility navigate to Admin Dashboard → CM Reviews → Settings.

In the Review Form tab locate and enable the option Allow user to share his review under the Share section:

Radiobuttons will appear in the review form on the Front-end, where the user can choose Twitter or Facebook:

When one of the options is chosen, after clicking the button Add Review, a sharing box will open in a new tab in the relevant social network:

The text in it is Review title + link to the page. If there's no title, then will be Review content instead.
