Troubleshooting - Uncode Privacy Plugin
Introduction
Using Course Catalog Form Builder along with the Uncode plugin (part of the Uncode Theme) causes a small conflict.
Normal Behavior
Usually, when editing a form, you can click and select any section the "Change Label" field with the mouse.
Issue
When both Course Catalog Forms and Uncode plugin are activated, clicking that Change Label field will not change the position of the cursor.
Workaround
It's possible to use the keyboard to navigate the fields.
Steps
- Click on the field you want to modify
- Use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate that field's text
- Delete and/or type characters normally
- Optionally, select part of the text by holding the shift key while you press left or right
