Displaying Top Reviews on Sidebar or Footer (Widget)
The WordPress Review plugin version 2.6.0 introduced the Top Reviews Widget.
With this widget, you can show the reviews with highest or lowest ratings on the sidebar or footer of your website.
Adding Widget
To add a widget, navigate to Admin Panel → Appearance → Widgets to open the widgets page.
Drag and drop the widget CM Reviews Top Rated Reviews to the sidebar or to a footer area.
Then, you will be able to configure it.
Inside the box, you are able to set Title, Number of Reviews to display, Sort order (ascending or descending) and Review length limit (in characters).
- Choosing Sort Ascending means the lowest ratings will show up first.
- Conversely, Choosing Sort Descending means the highest ratings will show up first.
